Refund policy
We want you and your dog to love your Doggohat cap. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You'll need proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
How to start a return
Email us at rebiaimerrad@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with the next steps and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right — free of charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been used or worn by a pet.
