Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (like holidays).
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
